Agreement to Terms
- By subscribing to PluxNet Fibre services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms govern the use of PluxNet Fibre services provided under Fibre Network Operators (FNOs) on a month-to-month basis with a minimum commitment period of six (6) months.
Service and Billing
- PluxNet Fibre operates on a month-to-month billing cycle. Fees are payable in advance on the clients preferred payment date.
- Failure to make payment within the due date may result in service suspension or termination.
- If a client stops paying their subscription for two (2) months. Should they wish to reconnect, a reconnection fee will be charged.
Minimum Commitment Period
- Although the service is month-to-month, clients are required to stay subscribed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
- If a client cancels before completing six (6) months, a cancellation fee of R2,500 will be charged.
- After completing six (6) months, the client may cancel with a 30-day written notice.
Cancellation and Termination
- Clients may cancel the service by providing a 30-day written notice via email to our customer support team.
- If cancellation occurs before six (6) months, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of R2,500.
- In the event of cancellation, the client will be charged a collection fee for the retrieval of PluxNet Fibre equipment.
Service Usage and Additional Services (VAS)
- The client agrees not to use the service for any unlawful activities.
- PluxNet Fibre reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, fraud, or non-payment.
- Any Value-Added Services (VAS) requested by the client will be charged accordingly.
Equipment and Installation
- All equipment installed by PluxNet Fibre remains the property of PluxNet Fibre.
- If any equipment is damaged due to negligence by the client, the client will be invoiced for the cost of repairs or replacement.
- If equipment is provided as part of the service, it must be returned in good condition upon cancellation.
- The client is responsible for the safekeeping and maintenance of any provided equipment.
Amendments to Terms and Pricing
- PluxNet Fibre reserves the right to modify these terms and will provide clients with reasonable notice of any changes.
- PluxNet Fibre may amend pricing at its discretion and will notify clients of any price adjustments.
Liability and Disclaimers
- PluxNet Fibre is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.
