  1.  Agreement to Terms

    1. By subscribing to PluxNet Fibre month to month services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms govern the use of PluxNet Fibre services provided under Fibre Network Operator (FNO) on a month-to-month basis.
  2.  Service and Billing

    1. PluxNet Fibre operates on a month-to-month billing cycle. Fees are payable in advance on the clients preferred payment date.
    2. Failure to make payment within the due date may result in service suspension.
    3. If a client stops paying their subscription for two months. Should they wish to reconnect, claw back applicable for the previous month will be payable by the client before
      reconnection is done.
    4. The first monthly payment will be billed after installation.
  3.  Cancellation and Termination

    1. Clients may cancel the service by providing a 30-day written notice via email to our
      customer support team.
    2. If cancellation occurs before Twelve (12) months, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of R2,500. This is to cover installation costs incurred by Pluxnet.
    3. In the event of cancellation, the client will be charged a collection fee for the retrieval of
      PluxNet Fibre equipment.

  4. Service Usage and Additional Services (VAS)

    1. The client agrees not to use the service for any unlawful activities.
    2. PluxNet Fibre reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, fraud, or non-payment.
    3. Any Value-Added Services (VAS) requested by the client will be charged accordingly.
  5.  Equipment and Installation

    1. All equipment installed by PluxNet Fibre remains the property of PluxNet Fibre.
    2. If any equipment is damaged due to negligence by the client, the client will be invoiced for the cost of repairs or replacement.
    3. If equipment is provided as part of the service, it must be returned in good condition upon cancellation.
    4. The client is responsible for the safekeeping and maintenance of any provided equipment.
  6.  Amendments to Terms and Pricing

    1. PluxNet Fibre reserves the right to modify these terms and will provide clients with reasonable notice of any changes.
    2. PluxNet Fibre may amend pricing at its discretion and will notify clients of any price adjustments.
  7.  Liability and Disclaimers

    1. PluxNet Fibre is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.
